Return & Exchange Policy

At RYPPED, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the following conditions and process:

1. Exchange Eligibility

You can exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • ✅ Wrong or Damaged Items received
  • ✅ Quality Issues
  • ✅ Product Not Received as Described

We do not offer Returns for any products.

For Size Issues:

  • Please refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing your order.
  • In case of a size issue, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Email us at ryppedbyquantum8@gmail.com or contact us on our WhatsApp number(8169091190) with:

    • Clear product images showing the issue.
    • An unboxing video of the product (Compulsory).

  • Once approved, the product pickup will be scheduled within 2 days.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the product is received and verified by our team.
  • A deduction of Rs. 100 will apply for shipping charges.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note

  • No refunds will be processed if the product is not returned in its original condition with tags and packaging.
